We owe General Flynn a debt of gratitude – and certain FBI leaders jail time

Make sure to let us know what you think... we now have comments turned ON below the article!

We owe General Michael Flynn a debt of gratitude. Without his courageous fight to clear his name, the new revelations of FBI malfeasance might have remained buried. The DOJ hasn’t brought anyone to justice yet.

But because Flynn has fought so hard we now have evidence that the FBI has become the equivalent of the secret police, targeting, threatening, and forcing Americans (enemies of their candidate or party) into confessions about things they never did in order to get rid of them.

How do we know this now? The FBI just released documents containing the information. According to Fox News:

“Top bureau officials discussed their motivations for interviewing then-national security adviser Michael Flynn in the White House in January 2017 — and openly questioned if their “goal” was “to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired.” The handwritten notes — written by the FBI’s former head of counterintelligence Bill Priestap after a meeting with then-FBI Director James Comey and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Fox News is told — further suggested that agents planned in the alternative to get Flynn “to admit to breaking the Logan Act” when he spoke to then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the presidential transition period.

How did this happen? The FBI was about to close an ongoing investigation of Flynn before President Trump’s inauguration, having determined that there was no derogatory material concerning him.

But FBI agent Peter Strzok asked an unknown agent to keep the case open. We now know from the newly released notes that Comey and Strzok needed the case to remain open in order to entrap Flynn, whom they had already been spying on.

FBI Director James Comey is implicated in the entrapment scheme just as much as Strzok — he admitted on television that he sent FBI agents to “talk” to Flynn, bypassing the normal protocols surrounding White House interviews because “he thought he could get away with it.”

The agents, one of whom was Strzok, interviewed Flynn without White House counsel present. They asked him questions about a call he had with a Russian. Flynn made a mistake recalling the contents of the call and the FBI accused him of lying.

They knew that he had made a mistake because they had been listening to his conversations. So, Comey did “get away with it,” but thanks to the perseverance of General Flynn and his attorney, Sidney Powell, the truth is coming to light.

After the FBI targeted Flynn, in a dizzyingly short amount of time — a mere 24 days — he went from National Security Adviser to the President of the United States to disgraced and fired “liar.” That’s real efficiency, not anything like the way the government usually does things.

Again, we owe a debt of gratitude to General Michael Flynn for fighting for justice for himself. If the FBI can take down a 3-star general with 30 years of exemplary service in the U.S. military, what do you think they could do to ordinary citizens like us?

Where are the patriotic whistleblowers?

As this story unfolds, the president, news commentators, and politicians continue to say that the FBI is full of patriotic Americans who would never engage in such criminal misconduct.

It is certainly true that many agents would not engage in criminal misconduct, but having followed the case of General Flynn, Carter Page, George Papadopoulos, and the Mueller investigation, one has to wonder why, out of all those patriots, not one whistleblower stepped forward to expose the criminal behavior of Comey, McCabe, and Strzok?

What is FBI Director Christopher Wray doing?

It is time to imprison these individuals who violated their oath to protect the constitution and the American people. There should be no talk about mistakes, and more talk about criminal malfeasance. These people should be prosecuted for their lies and their violation of the public trust as swiftly as they ruined General Flynn’s life.

FBI Director Christopher Wray should be actively seeking out all the agents of the FBI that would do such things. Investigate the investigators. If he can’t do it, President Trump should find someone else to run the FBI.

Of all the reports covering these new developments in the Flynn case, Tucker Carlson weaves the most coherent account with the new evidence juxtaposed to the words of the culprits, Comey and Strzok. Watch:
