Liberals Mount Nasty Attack On Jim Jordan After Impeachment Hearings

Make sure to let us know what you think... we now have comments turned ON below the article!

Rep. Jim Jordan, who was fully introduced to Americans over the past two weeks as he tore through handpicked Democratic witnesses in front of the House Intelligence Committee in the impeachment investigation, was viciously attacked by a newspaper in his home state, according to Fox News.

A retired editor for The Plain Dealer of Cleveland wrote a blistering op-ed attacking Jordan after his impressive showing during the live impeachment testimonies and as a result of Jordan’s success, he and his family will need an extra layer of prayers and support to help keep seething, anti-Trump liberals at bay.

The Attack

In his column, Brent Larkin labeled Jordan a “seven-term sycophant,” while accusing the fiery conservative of defending the president during the impeachment inquiry as a means to garner support and make a name for himself for the 2024 presidential election.

“When Jordan slithers out from under his rock each morning, dons a shirt and tie — sans the jacket, lest he be mistaken for Joe McCarthy — his life’s work is to besmirch everything America stands for in service of Donald Trump,” Larkin wrote.

“And now it’s fitting that Republicans have given this seven-term sycophant a starring role in the televised House Intelligence Committee impeachment hearings against President Donald Trump,” Larkin added.

Larkin attempted to sink his claws in even further by claiming Jordan looked the other way as sexual abuse was committed by Dr. Richard Strauss, a team doctor while the lawmaker was an assistant wrestling coach at the Ohio State University in the late 1980s.

Of course, Jordan and the team’s head coach were both cleared of any wrongdoing and it was determined that they had zero knowledge of any abuse taking place at the time.

According to Newsweek, Larkin also suggested that the only reason Jordan was able to be elected to office was the result of a “hideously gerrymandered” 4th Congressional District in a conspiracy to remove a Democratic lawmaker from office.

Staying The Course

Jordan, who began his career as a state lawmaker before joining the House of Representatives in 2007, was originally a member of the House Oversight and Reform Committee before recently joining the House Intelligence Committee.

The Ohio lawmaker has held nothing back with regard to his thoughts on the Democrats’ embarrassing attempt to impeach the president, stating a number of times on Fox News that the Democratic party is still angry at Trump for beating 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in an electoral landslide.

“The Democrats have never accepted the will of the American people,” Jordan told Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Tuesday. “The Democrats don’t trust the American people.”

Jordan was right on the money with that assertion. Democrats who are currently in office and even cranky, retired liberal newspaper editors around the country who witnessed Jordan make fools of a majority of the impeachment inquiry witnesses will continue to spread their hate and good men like Jordan will continue to rack up victories for both the president and the American people.
