Unidentified man accuses Democrat Sen. Cory Booker of sexual assault

Make sure to let us know what you think... we now have comments turned ON below the article!

When the left attempted to politically assassinate the character of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh during the debacle that was his confirmation process, Democrat New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker was one of the most outspoken on the left against Kavanaugh, denying the judge the benefit of due process and instead declaring him guilty based solely on uncorroborated and vague allegations of sexual assault.

In what can only be described as what’s good for the goose also being good for the gander, Booker is ironically now facing his own anonymous and uncorroborated allegation of sexual assault.

In a self-published article describing the alleged incident and his efforts to share it, the accuser explained that he is a liberal gay man who’d always voted for Democrats prior to the 2016 election. He also noted that he’d previously been a big fan of Sen. Booker prior to the 2014 assault.

Sexual assault in a restroom

The anonymous accuser described how he’d met Booker when the senator visited his place of employment four years ago. The alleged victim expressed his gratitude for Booker’s support for the LGBT community, then left the workplace gathering to use the restroom — and that’s when the assault occurred.

The alleged victim explained in detail that Booker entered the single-occupancy restroom as he was attempting to leave, pushed him against the wall, and groped him prior to attempting to force him to his knees to perform a sexual act.

It was at that point that the man managed to make his escape from the restroom, never to see or speak with Booker again. The alleged victim then kept quiet about the incident — until he witnessed Booker’s behavior during the Kavanaugh proceedings.

“Watching Mr. Booker’s histrionic defense of alleged sexual assault victims was so laughably ironic, so jarringly cringeworthy and so triggering that it put me into a state of depressed rumination,” the accuser wrote.

No help from media

The accuser went on to explain that he reached out to a couple of attorneys and eventually established contact with California-based Republican National Committee member Harmeet Dhillon, who reportedly took his statement, which allegedly included real names, a precise date, location, corroborating photographic evidence, and hearsay accounts from two individuals he’d shared the incident with at the time.

Dhillon, in turn, recommended that the alleged victim reach out to prominent #MeToo journalist Ronan Farrow — but the accuser was allegedly left in limbo.

Unfortunately, the accuser surmised that liberals with an agenda had hijacked the #MeToo movement for political purposes, hence the reticence of the journalists in following up on his story, which most assuredly would already have been highly publicized if the accused were a Republican senator instead of a Democrat and potential 2020 presidential contender.

At this point, the allegation against Booker is little more than an anonymous, unconfirmed, and unverified account that is sparse on specific details and has yet to be corroborated in sort of manner. In other words, Booker has yet to be proven guilty of anything and retains the benefit of due process and a presumption of innocence until conclusive evidence suggests otherwise.

That said, Booker appeared to have no qualms whatsoever about attempting to destroy Kavanaugh’s life with unconfirmed allegations of misconduct — and seeing as turnabout is fair play, Booker has little room to speak critically against anyone making or spreading such allegations against him.

He is merely receiving a dose of his own medicine.
