With all the bad news of the last few months, it’s good to remember that America is still a wonderful place full of wonderful people.

Hundreds of boaters in Florida threw a floating parade in honor of President Trump. Some called it a “Trumptilla.”  They floated from Jupiter to Mar-a-logo and back again on the Intracoastal Waterway.

The parade was organized on Facebook by Carlos Gavidia and participants were encouraged to decorate their boats with their favorite “Trump” flags. Gavidia, a huge Trump fan, had wrapped his boat in stars, stripes, eagles, and “Trump,” in response to a neighbor’s complaint about his “Trump” flag on his dock.

The parade was eight miles long and around 1,200 boats participated.

The president tweeted his appreciation of the watery tribute.

  1. Howdy! I could have sworn I’ve visited this blog before but after going through a few of the articles I realized it’s new to me. Nonetheless, I’m definitely happy I discovered it and I’ll be book-marking it and checking back frequently!
