Shortly after former adult film star Stormy Daniels was arrested in an Ohio strip club, her estranged husband Glendon Crain officially filed for a divorce — and the subsequent litigation doesn’t look to be going in Daniels’ favor.

The divorce court judge determined that Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, was the obvious breadwinner in their family, and ordered her to pay Crain monthly child support, as well as virtually all of his household bills.

Judge makes the call

According to exclusive reporting from TMZ, Daniels has been ordered to pay Crain $1,000 per month in child support for the care of their 7-year-old daughter.

Daniels must also make the monthly mortgage payment on their house, as well as for the BMW and Cadillac vehicles they own.

She will also be responsible for paying the monthly cell phone bills, along with boarding expenses for their horses, and riding lessons for their daughter.

The court granted exclusive access to the home to Crain for the duration of the divorce proceedings, as well as the BMW. Daniels will get the Cadillac.

Money in the air

As if that wasn’t enough, the court also declared that any proceeds Daniels makes from a future book deal or her participation in the United Kingdom’s Celebrity Big Brother TV series — or anything else for that matter — will also be placed in a registry of the court.

This means that virtually all money Daniels makes going forward will likely be divided equally between her and Crain once the divorce is finalized.

Daniels and Crain have been granted joint custody of their daughter by the court.

It has yet to be determined if one or the other will get full custody following finalization of the divorce, or how the joint custody and visitations will be divided.

There is no other way to describe this other than that divorces suck for everyone involved — but they can be especially painful financially if one partner is clearly the money-earner of the split family.

In this case, that would be Daniels — at least for now — and she is learning first-hand that being the darling of the liberal media means nothing once one steps inside a courtroom.
